Nam dit omdat mijn nagels steeds afbraken bij het minste. Neem het elke ochtend bij het ontbijt en zie nu duidelijk sterkere nagels. Ga hiermee door.
Hatte ständig brüchige Nägel, war echt nervig. Nehme die Kapseln jetzt regelmäßig und merke deutlich dass sie stabiler geworden sind. Bin zufrieden.
