At Byou Cosmétiques, we want you to shop with complete confidence. Our 14-day return policy was drawn up in line with the safety and hygiene standards specific to natural cosmetic products, perfumes and supplements.
Return conditions for organic cosmetics
- Return period: 14 calendar days from receipt of your order
- Natural cosmetics must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused
- The safety seal must be intact to guarantee hygiene
- The original invoice must accompany the returned parcel
Non-returnable cosmetic products
For hygiene and health safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned if they have been opened or their safety seal is broken:
- Natural cosmetics (organic creams, face serums, body care)
- Niche perfumes and eaux de toilette
- Natural supplements and capsules
- Essential and plant oils
Return costs and refunds
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except in the following cases:
- Product defective or damaged on receipt
- Error on our part during shipping (wrong product sent)
- Cosmetic product received not as described

- Wait for our confirmation and personalised return instructions
- Carefully pack the natural beauty products in their original packaging
- Enclose a copy of your purchase invoice
- Ship the parcel to the address we give you

After receiving and checking your organic cosmetics return, a full refund will be made to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 working days.
