Ik neem dit nu sinds een maand elke ochtend en ik merk dat mijn vermoeidheid echt minder is. Mijn spijsvertering loopt ook vlotter. Ik ben blij dat ik het geprobeerd heb. Ik had wel een vraag gehad over het gebruik en kreeg via WhatsApp heel snel antwoord, dat was top. Enige minpuntje voor mij: de gelules zijn wat groot dus soms moet ik ze doorslikken met veel water maar goed, dat is persoonlijk he. Als je twijfelt gewoon proberen!
